All shipping and return costs are FREE for orders to/from the U.S.!

OUR POLICY

Currently we ship only in the U.S., however we are looking to expand our reach soon! Please email us at info@northandmark.com if you are outside of the U.S. and would like to order a North & Mark product. We will do our best to accommodate!

Orders placed within the U.S., will generally be processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary but generally most orders will deliver 7-10 days after order processing.

FAQ

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/ARRIVE?

Orders will generally be processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified. We generally try to ship out all orders placed before 2pm EST the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship out the next business day.

Orders shipped with our free shipping option will arrive by UPS Ground within 3-7 business days depending on the location. 2nd Day Air shipments will generally arrive within 2 business days. These are estimates of delivery times and are subject to any UPS issues or delays.

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

All orders and returns within the US are free! We do offer Expedited UPS 2nd Day option at an extra cost.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DESIGNED AND MADE?

All our products are designed in New York City and made in reputable and trusted factories in the US, Italy and China.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

We stand by our products and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your North & Mark coat or jacket. If you are unhappy with your coat or jacket, any unworn, unwashed and undamaged items with original tags still attached will be accepted for returns within 45 days. All returns are free of charge and return requests can be made at www.northandmark.com/a/returns. Just enter your 4 digit order number (ignoring any zeros or #'s in front of the number) and the email you used to make your purchase and a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you by email.

 

We unfortunately do not offer automatic exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, we recommend you initiate a return for your original purchase and then make another purchase of the size or color you wish to purchase.

WHAT IF AN ORDER IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

If you’ve received a defective, damaged or incorrect item please contact us at returns@northandmark.com with your order number and a photo or description of what was wrong and we will do our best to fix it!

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE TO PROCESS?

Refunds will generally take 3-5 business days to process from the date of confirmed receipt back in our warehouse. Refunds will be applied to the payment method used to order the item and may take 7-10 business days to appear on your banking statement.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship to customers in the US. However please reach out to us at info@northandmark.com if you are interested in purchasing from outside of the US and we will do our best to accommodate!
